Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During major sales events, promotional campaigns, or festive seasons, order processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
Delivery Coverage
AuraSuite ships throughout Malaysia and also offers international shipping to selected countries.

International Shipping
International delivery is available to selected destinations. Shipping charges, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and import regulations vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Fees

Customers who qualify for our Free Shipping Program will automatically receive free shipping at checkout according to the applicable promotion terms.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Information
To avoid delivery delays, please ensure that:

- Your contact number is correct.
- Someone is available to receive the parcel if required by the courier.
AuraSuite is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.
We will work closely with the courier to investigate the shipment and provide updates as quickly as possible.
Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other government charges may apply depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.
